Ani Greenberg

Studio Manager

Certifications: Balanced Body Instructor in Training

Loves Pilates because:

I love Pilates because it’s deceptively challenging, in the best way. It looks simple, but it pushes you to be precise, patient, and strong in ways you don’t expect, which keeps me coming back every time.

Fun Fact: When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me baking something sweet or getting creative with a paintbrush.

Certifications: Mat and Reformer through Pilates Sports Center, Cadillac through Balanced Body

Loves Pilates because: It strengthens and lengthens, teaching us to work in both directions to rebalance muscles and improve postural alignment which supports healthy movement between two constants: gravity and earth.

Fun fact:  Cooking and creating great food and recipes is my #1 hobby. Vintage and new cookbooks also make me really happy.

Loves Pilates because:

I love Pilates for many reasons, primarily because it’s fun! It gives you a full-body workout while allowing you to clear your mind and establish a strong mind-body connection. A healthy mind is essential for a healthy body, and vice versa. Pilates does it all.
