Anna Duke

Instructor

Teaching since: 2023

Certifications: Mat and Reformer through Pilates Sports Center

Loves Pilates because: It strengthens and lengthens, teaching us to work in both directions to rebalance muscles and improve postural alignment which supports healthy movement between two constants: gravity and earth.

Fun fact:  Cooking and creating great food and recipes is my #1 hobby. Vintage and new cookbooks also make me really happy.

Our Studio

Our studio is spacious enough to give you room to move but small enough to offer the personal attention you deserve. With 6 reformers with towers, 2 chairs, a Cadillac and 2 spine correctors along with a variety of props, there is something for everyone to keep classes and sessions interesting and challenging. (Not sure what any of those things are? No worries - we'll show you!)
