B Pilates is seeking a driven, personable, and organized Studio Manager to join our in-person team in South Austin, TX for a flexible part-time or full-time schedule (including evenings and Saturdays).
This role may begin as an hourly position and grow into a full-time salaried leadership role as the studio expands.
Summary of Position

This is an in-person role—you will be a consistent, welcoming presence in the studio

Regular duties include client experience, sales, retention, and daily operations management

You will play a key role in converting leads into clients and maintaining strong client relationships

You will not be asked to sit behind the scenes all day—this is a people-facing, relationship-driven role

Founded in 2018 by Beth Hernandez, B Pilates is known in South Austin for helping clients live freely without pain so they can enjoy the adventurous lifestyle they love.
We attract clients through referrals, community relationships, and consistent marketing, bringing in a steady stream of new client inquiries each month.
We offer small group equipment classes (max 6 clients), private sessions, and duet/trio sessions in a supportive, boutique environment.

Key Duties Include:
-
Manage all aspects of the client journey, from inquiry to onboarding to long-term retention
-
Conduct Discovery Calls and sales conversations with prospective clients
-
Track and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into memberships and bookings
-
Maintain accurate client accounts, memberships, and billing in Mindbody
-
Execute retention systems (30-day, 90-day, and ongoing follow-ups)
-
Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and systems
-
Support hiring, onboarding, and coordination of staff
-
Train and support front desk team members
-
Assist with marketing communications, promotions, and events
-
Monitor studio supplies, cleanliness, and overall client experience

Summary Statement
B Pilates is seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable Pilates Instructor to join our part-time teaching team in South Austin, TX for weekday morning, evening, and/or Saturday morning shifts.
Summary of Position
-
General schedule to start is 1–2 part-time shifts per week (2–4 hours each)
-
Priority shifts include:
-
Saturday mornings: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
-
Weekday evenings: 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
-
Monday or Wednesday mornings: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
-

Classes and sessions are 50 minutes with a 10-minute paid break between
-
Regular duties include teaching private sessions, duets/trios, and small group equipment classes, as well as supporting client setup and light reset between sessions
-
You will not be asked to clean the studio beyond tidying up after your sessions—we have dedicated support for deeper cleaning
-
You will not be responsible for sales or scheduling conversations—our administrative team handles those so you can focus on teaching
-
You will not be asked to teach overcrowded classes or rush through sessions—we prioritize quality instruction and client care
-
Monthly team meeting participation required (live, virtual, or replay)
-
There is room for growth in hours and shifts. Your availability to teach private sessions and sub classes is a plus for us.

Key Duties Include:

Greet clients and create a welcoming, supportive environment

Assist clients with equipment setup and proper use of props

Ensure sessions start and end on time
-
Reset equipment and props after sessions (no deep cleaning required)

Provide a high level of client care and attention to detail
-
Participate in team meetings and stay aligned with studio policies
Skills for Success Include:

Comprehensive Pilates certification (completed or in progress)

CPR certification and professional liability insurance
-
Strong communication and client relationship skills
-
Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

Ability to teach a range of clients, including beginners

A genuine passion for helping clients move and feel better
